Heated Rear Window Switch

Hello,

Is a VTR rear heated window button the same as a standard 1.1 Forte 2000?

I just received a new one (ebay) and it has a different pin out to the original :wall:

Anyone care to tell me if it is a case of moving the wires around in the connector block or will it not work?

Yes.... its a switch

You say that however the is 2 resistors in the original, new one only has 1 resistor.

Pin out different, the mechanism inside that does the switching (clicking etc) is different.

To be honest it looks exactly like my front fog switch... but with a heated window symbol. =/

front fogs are indicator stalk :S
