Well, after being bitten by the bug last night, I downloaded the new version (8.0 CS) and have been playing around with it all morning smileys/smiley4.gif

Here is my VERY CRUDE first attempt at modding my mates forte (saxogrant). I used all the tutorials from DIGIMODS (http://www.digimods.co.uk)

Mods done.........

- DeHandled and DeLocked
- Colour Coded Mirrors
- 19" Chromes (LOL!)
- Slammed a stupid amount
- Futuristic Background

Enjoy!

Good try, but...

Wheels jus tdon't look right, and theres no tyres.

But for first attempt, guess it's ok.

hi mate... not too bad attempt for first time... but here's where you're going wrong mate....

you are using the lasso tool to cut out.... stop using that right away... hold the button down for a few seconds when you select this button, but choose the polygonal lasso as its much easier to use. give it a few tries and you'll get the hang of it no problem.
also when choosing wheels, try to get some that are flat and side-on images, not angled ones as you will end up with them looking wonky.
and with smoothing, i find its easier to use the smudge tool lightly... instead of clone... unless the area is all one colour... the smudge tool is under the blur tool, just hold down the blur button for the little pointing finger tool.
also when lowering, if you use the free transform tool and lightly rotate the car to lower the back to match the front, that also looks smart!!

hope that helps to attempt number two being a work of art!!

good attempt tho
