has ne one else seen this fake dump vale thing? had a look on the website looks kinda cool ne1 got 1? www.saber-edv.com woodnt mind gettin a whoooosht noise on the c2 nd guys pics should be up on tuesday i cant take ne of the 1 side tho as sum lil chave has scrached the wing smileys/smiley7.gif

hahaha yea ave seen them fake dump valves when a was at donny. A got told ya dont even have to have the engine switched on for them to work aswell wether that is true a dont no lol.

Fake dump valves sound aweful. Truelly aweful.
The other problem is that if you decide to have a race, and you lose you will make the person you have raced think they have beat a turbo saxo and give them something to brag about.
Their just a bad idea.

friend of mine just put this exact dump valve on his corsa gsi.. and seriously it sounds class.. he has a big exhaust too which helps... but when he drives along with his mate in his fiesta turbo it sounds real... none of you guys could tell the difference... just my thoughts guys

until the fiesta turbo floors it and fucks off into the distance, which is a point made earlier in the thread. and yes you could tell the difference, because you wouldn't here the 'chirrup' of the wastegate on the corsa- because it only has a fucking shitty fake dump valve. one word for it- CHAVTASTIC. oh, and while you're at it, why not stick one of those whistles on your exhaust which "make the sound of a turbo" smileys/smiley29.gif like i said earlier, i can think of a million and one better ways to spend £150.
like Joe said, i really hope his (sim69er's) car is as good as it sounds, he may yet redeem himself.

i can't afford a Ferrari, doesn't mean i'd go and stick a Ferrari badge on my saxo then pretend it is one. the whole point is, you can have 10 fake dump valves but you'll still get blown away by teeny-boppers in thier mum's fiestas. maybe it's not good enough for me? fuckin right it's not. having a fake dump-valve and being called a chav, or saving for a real turbo and not pretending my car is something it isn't? hmmm tough choice that. smileys/smiley4.gif
