A mate of mine had a turbo put on his pug at pug performance ( same bloke does it for cituning) he had the car for almost 2 yrs and messed him around, and it still wasn't right, sent it back and he had it for six months, got it back and it still isn't right!!!!!!!

In all honesty,
I think you/your mate should take it up with Cituning/Pug Performance. What can we do about it ?

If its been fully paid for and its obviously not right, then surely this is a matter for them to deal with...

Small claims court or Citizens Advice Bureau (sp) would then be the next stage. AFTER talking with them.

As far as I know, the pug performance and cituning conversions are not done by the same person?

Can you provide a name to back this up???

also go to trading standards mate and complain to them. not the first time i've heard a complaint about pug performance.
