gear linkages

hey i have just change my clutch on my saxo vtr i'v put my gear box back into place but the rubbers have split on the linkages any ideas what i could do for now until i get new linkages??

write back please guys i need me car and dont get paid for 2 week just need something that will hold linkages in place

This happened to me when I changed the gear box on my vtr and my mate linked two cable ties together and put them round the main linkage to hold it together which worked fine for the next couple of days until I got the new part
