uploading pics

Hi peeps can anyone tell me how to put my pics on the site bearing in mind am absolutly crap with computers so please try and explain in english all help is appreciated smileys/smiley10.gif

firstly upload the pic on a hosting site like imageshack or photobucket. the right click the image and copy the url

for example www.photoblahblah.com/blah.jpg

when writing in the forum then add [ img ]before the url and [ /img ] after with no spaces must be in capitals
