could
tracking out
wheel balance
bent wishbone these are the main factor, got to a local garage and get your wheels balanced cost about a tenner then if it still happens then you know it will be one of the other two

balancing?
Had similar problem until I changed tyres and had them re-balanced.

Id definitely say balancing, I used to get this when going at speeds over 50mph, got the wheels balanced, never had the problem again, you can get your wheels balanced for a few quid per wheel from most garages :)

its sounds like it could definately be the wheels being out of balace, but if it is only doing it when braking you could have a warped disk. It would probably be the front disks that are warped as they do the most braking but its hard to tell.
so if balancing the wheels doesnt help then i would start by getting new disks on the front and pads too. if this doesnt solve it then i would look at the back brakes.
hope this helps
