oil leak

jus noticed an oil stain under my car, looked underneath an there was oil on the wishbone area

jacked it up, took the wheel off

an theres oil comin from the o/s damper.. where the rubber gaiter is, is there supposed to be a jubilee clip that holds them in place

also if there leaking does it mean there shagged?

Possibly the best way to tell is to take off the damper clean it up then hold 1 end push the other end & see if any fluid comes out.If it does then new damper time.
