I have just bought my son a saxo forte 1124cc it has a blue dashboard display
but instead of a needle to tell the engine temperature it has a what looks like
a thermometer,allthough the car is running great and not using any water and the heater is working great i am a bit worried that the gauge is not working as it does'nt light up with the rest of the dash board instruments
when i turn the key just prior to start up and i would like to know if it only
lights up if the car gets low on water or is it faulty. My son has a habit
of not checking fluid levels in cars and that is why im concerned over this
gauge any help would be appreciated.
