Pumps??

The baby sax is makin a horrible squeling/grinding noise after being driven for bout 15mins or more, carrying on wen stationery. It sounds almost like a worn bearing or something from underneath the engine on drivers side. My Dad had a quick look Sunday and said it could be the water pump, ive just had a look through the Haynes Manual and it says that the Fuel pump makes a grinding noise when thats on its way out!!!

So im really just after a bit of advice if anyones had the same kinda problem previously, and which if either to change.
