Clutch rattle after bump

My friend thought it'd be fun to play bumper cars and reversed into me :n: not much impact just a nudge but it's knocked something lose as when I put the clutch in there's a rattle.. almost like ballbearings in a tin being shaken or something.. once revs are up it goes but it's really loud when idle and clutch is down.

Not really had a good look under bonnett as I'm a complete noob :geek: but any ideas where to look for checks? Gonna pop out in a bit and push clutch in see if owt looks "odd"

Could be a few things mate, even gearbox - best bet would be to get it to a garage and have it checked over.

sounds to me like clutch release bearing but wouldnt of thought it would of come off a slight knock on front unless it was just bad timing for your mate

Pooey ~ Garage said £125 for bearing & fit the clutch bearing only, friends mate said if i get cluitch kit he'll do it for £50 .. found one here:

Comes to about £64 all together, not rang any local places yet just wondering if anyone knows any where else online thats cheap
