Boot problem

For some reason i can open my boot when the car is locked

ive tried unlocking and locking the car but nothing works

any ideas?

have you tried putting the key in the boot and turning it to the right i think without pushing the barrel and with the doors all locked?

boot lock motors gone mate. Mines gone too, havent got round to getting a new one yet

are they expensive? easy to replace?

EDIT: Ok, it locks with the key in it, but will then only unlock once i use the key again

looks like im gnna have to replace the motor :(
