well instead of claiming, why dont you just pay for the damage/repairs!?! surely, that would work out better!?!

i jsut got a quote for a vts fully comp for 1700, thought that was alright, only been drivin 10 months altho im 21, my mate whose 19 jus got a vts n pays 1900 third party! wheres best to do online quotes?

elephant.co.uk

they give you a saving for obtaining a quote online too.

or quotelinedirect.com or something like that.

somewhere, you are able to type in your details and then they will find the best quote for you. but remember, cheapest isnt always the best.

i done it on elephant, seemed ok, but its 1700 fully comp on a vts, then 2000 fully comp if i lowered it.

1300 third party, mite leave it a few months n then iv been drivin a year n that, if i sel my vtr i wil get enuf money to buy a decent vts and have money to play with if i get a mk 1 vts

wait then mate. will be worth it. no point in rushing into something thats going to sting you on insurance. just wait the extra few months.

you are basically doing what i did then mate.

i phoned my insurance company for a quote for a vts conversion and they said they would not insure me. however, they would insure me on a vts.

so, following day, i put my vtr up for sale and bought a vts. and i am SOOO loving the vts smileys/smiley2.gif
