Basically my bank account was experiencing fraud, the fraudsters kept taking around 25 quid from my account at random times..

When i became aware i told my bank who gave me a new debit card...

All was fine, and they gave me the money back which I got scammed....

Look in my bank today to check all my direct debits have gone out and how much money i have left in....

All direct debits gone, but i have 2 quid left in my account.... yep the fraudsters have fucked me over again they have rinsed almost all of what was left in my account, now im screwed... (DIGI BILL) on account, it was the same people last time...

I dont even do any online transactions such as shopping etc...

apart from a couple of ebay listings which where from power sellers through paypal... but its not these...

So i think i may have to get a whole new account...

On ze phone to the bank now gutted :(

Any one else experienced this? Did it ever resolve???

Im just pissed as it has fucked up my plans :(... Ive hardly been out recently to save up money...

And god knows how long it will take for the bank to sort me out as it was all done postally last tme :(

Bank of mum and dad FTL :(, however they are going away soon so will hardly help me out that much :(

This happened the bf and he had to go into the branch and give off, he paid a car insurance payment for me with his debit card, while I was switching bank accounts and he thinks someone from there got his details and cleaned his account. The bank however think it could have been an inside job from someone who has access to this sorta info in the company and not the insurance people.

They had to give his money back, though they have his card frozen.

no mate i save all my statements in a file...

my online banking details are totally secure yeah, noone could of accessed that, as i only go on it at work... my personal computer... with about 3 stages of passwords before accessing the bank :(

it sucks ass....

lol at saxo180...the worse thing is that they made me go overdrawn before and it cost me 150 quid as i dont have an overdraft and i didnt notice for a month :(

IU had thousands taken out of my account a few years back.... they intercepted my new card and pin in the post (he had a mate worked for Royal Mail). Got all the money back and the bloke got arrested for assaulting an police officer, then when they searched him they found my card and letter with PIN. He got banged up for 4 years!

Chris :)

This happened to our lodger while she was on holiday in Australia. They emptied her account of over 10k the bank wouldn't give it back as they had no evidence that it wasn't actually her who took it out (as she was in a completely different country)!! they only had her word :n:
