ur better of phoning around
depends how much of a job they hav taking the old suspension out
if i hadnt got a mate to do mine - wuda cost a bomb cos the torsion bar was as stiff as fuk
as sean said anything from £100-150 but £180 dont seem that bad.
just have a shop around. if the torsion bar is ceased then it may take a while to free it up meaning you will be charged more for labour.

just come off the phone with www.tlmotorsport.co.uk and they quoted me around £150 for labour lowering -40mm and told them to add the gmax shocks too (£65 pricey but easier tem doing it all) so all in all around £200 mark... however, depending on torsion bar (susceptible to be seized or not) could be more... (or hopefully less smileys/smiley2.gif )
