He says, if you mix alcohol, you add the %'s together... But that's not right is it?

He said he made a 90% drink out of vodka, JD, sex on the beach and other stuff, but that isn't how it works is it?

Isn't it just the average over all of them?

Surely the lower % things mixed, will dilute the higher % stuff?

He is not right no it will be the strength of the strongest one ie the vodka.

However anything over 60% really is not to good for you which is why I have brought a bottle of red absynth home with me 80% and 160 proof ;)

i you mix half a 40% alc drink, and half 20% then you get a 30% drink, not 60%
