hi im just wondering whether a ripspeed 720 headunit (motorised single DIN) or similar would fit into a saxo dash without any problems opening up. alos has anyone got any pictures so i can see what it looks like cheers in advance

ye fits in fine i got one in mine.... opens up fine ya just cant have the vent on in the centre console while the unit is open

yer work perfect. there at a higher level when out unlike some cars out there sooo better viewing. a never had the heaters on though wen screen out.

it will go in as long as its single din :u:
turn the vent off though as the hot air isnt good for it

It will go in, but i'd save up and get something better than "halfrauds own brand".:y:

i would do mate but cant really afford anything better jus want the cheapest, dont want a headunit thats worth more than ma car lol

Im just warning you that rispeed are prone to breaking and very cheaply made!:n:

do you really need the dvd player ? i was looking at that h-u too until Coonper showed me a couple of headunits which then got me thinking about the benefits of the better make etc and if i was really going to use the dvd player.

very good point i have one well had 2 up to now and hardlies ever use it, just a normal alpine unit for me next,

yep they fit no problem mate, just make sure you adjust the tilt (factory settings) and ensure the heater is off
