You can insure it without tax or MOT but if it's on a public highway (even just parked on your street it will need to be taxed and MOT'd, as well as insured

I could maybe stick it in my uncles garage but He probably wont let me so...
Ill have to insure/MOT/Tax it just to look at it lol
