LED dials

right i got my LEDs in the week and got everything ready for fitting them to the dash circuit board. I got it all out and desoldered a couple of the standard ones off (following the guide). Me and my dad soldered a couple of the new ones on and then i went to test it before we carried on. I plugged it in only to find that the 2 we soldered on did not work:@ couldnt work out the problem we did everything how everyone else seems to:S any ideas??

did u solder them in the right way round as leds will only work 1 way

cut off on the corner of the leds determines the positive end mate, hope you wrote them down

also they run in series of 3 so if one doesnt work then it puts two more off
