iv been thinking...

atm i am working night shifts but i feel i can have another job in the daytime and shorten my hours at my present job a fair bit

currently i am not going uni but i will want to go next sept...

thing is my qualifications are only AS levels

i am looking for a ideally 8-4pm job during the day... office based with future potential to go up the ladder or something, not tescos for example as i am already working at royal mail i would like something to work my brain:homme:

... i will be looking into council based jobs like the local council doing various things etc etc i want something that has potential not like royal mail which is same thing everyday and almost damn impossible to upgrade lol:y:

Look through the usual places online and local press and see if anything takes your eye, if so work out what parts of your experience will be applicable and tailor your cv to it as best you can.

There are loads of jobs out there, just send a few cv's and see what happens.

hmm yeah usual process yet again...

just want something that is good and rewarding alongside my royal mail job which dont get me wrong is very good for what it is for now and i enjoy it the work mates i have there and shizzle

just want a dayjob for 1year or so:) then jack that one in when i go uni or something;)

or even go to uni and stil keep both jobs but the day job potentially would have to let me go to uni part time possibly

All depends on what you want to do... Office job's doesnt really help tbh! Do you want to work in IT? Management? etc

If you want to go into management, you should look at a course called 'Prince' and 'Prince2'. Really good course to give you a good understanding.

But is there any area of management you want to work in? IT? Finance?

what about the bank, pat? all you need are good GCSE passes and some work experience and if you can present yourself well you can possibly get in. I'm trying to get into that myself at the moment.

a typical office job wont really work your brain tbh.
you need to target something that your really interested in because then you will have the drive to stick at it for a while.
