mk1 1.4i engine out VTS engine in!? advise please

Hello

I am thinking of swapping my 1.4i mk1 saxo engine with a VTS one, just wnated to ask if anyone has done this before, and what problems they had if any...

I aslo wanted to find out if i could do this change myself (i have pretty good knowlege of engines ect) or should i let the ACTUAL proffesionals do this?
