what do we all think of this statement. do you and your mates uphold this sacred phrase like they should. or do they blow you out from even the slightest request from a female.

i have got mates who have told there gf and cancelled big plans that his aunt was in hospital so he could play poker, when we have asked him 5 mins before we are about to play.
And others who have bailed on us using the crappiest excuse ' i have gotta help my gf's uncle twice removed move a giraffe from his attic' sort of thing

Other mate never settles down, however when he did.. it was always bro's before ho's... I find a good mix between the two... I don't spend uber amounts of time with the mrs. that I'm uncontactable unlike some of my mates. I always find time for my mates, and if they're in need my mrs. lets me drop a meal out, or a social gatherring for them :A:

I dont see a problem with this... personally if i was going to meet a gf then i would meet her and if sorted something with the lads i would see them... just make sure the two dont clash then your sorted...

an example:- my mates assumed i would be out yesterday however i had a set date.. so they was like no worries see ya soon...

some people are just useless and end up fucking off their girl and friends as they cant balance it right....

also depends on the importance.. such as if your mates ask you if ya want to go to the pub with about 6 other lads and your gf asks if you can go to a family meal etc.. id go with the girlfriend as its a more important event....
