Coming home just, going about 50 a rabbit darts out in front of me and BANG I thought i'd killed it. never mind happens everyday somewhere.

Went back to make sure it was dead and it wasnt. The back of it was seriously flat but moving its head in pain.
I wanted to kick it to break its neck (as it was next to the kerb, and a humane thing to do... right?)... after 20seconds I had to do it. Went and pussied out at the last minute.

Shit... its still moving...

This time 30seconds later I kicked it... as its humane yeah?... and heard a loud crack... obviosly its neck.

Its dead.

And my toe is broken...

and im still shaking. feel well bad that I caused it like 2minutes of unbearable pain.

RIP Roger Rabbit.

It was the right thing to do! Even though you hurt yourself, think of the suffering you took away from the poor rabbit! :)

Ouch! Something similar happened to me thnkfully i didnt break my toe but by the time id turned around and went back down the road the poor bugger had crawled across to my side of the road leaving a trail of blood and guts so thought the best thing to do was run it over again and put it out of its misery

Well I've accidently stood on my hamster, thus flattening it (I was gutted).

And I squashed a frog on my drive and it left loads of frog love all over my drive, was a bitch to clean up.

I've hit a fox cub before, was gutted!

Come over a hump back bridge in Hebburn, not going too fast, seen a rabbit then 3 fox cubs run across the road infront of me, thought thank f*ck I missed them!
Then comes the slow fat fox cub, got the poor guy on the nose!
Parked my car up away from the fox with my hazards on, went back to check on the little guy, had caught his nose with blood every where. Wrapped the little guy up in my jacket, then phoned the RSPCA.

Phoned the RSPCA a couple of days later to find out they had put him down!

I love coming on to Saxp and finding out what happens to you day by day Jimo. You always have drama in your life :)

Ive only ever hit a baby rabbit before, looked in my mirrors and saw it rolling, then someone else hit it i think. Animals are stupid sometimes!!

No it is quite funny, just hurt like f**k as it hit me clean in the chest! You know how feathers explode when you hit a bird in a car? I had a helmet full of feathers too. I looked like the bird man for a couple of miles leaving a trail of feathers as I went down the road!!

Yeah I was fine! Better a pigeon that a badger or fox!! I think on a bike even a rabbit could knock you off! Imagine that story down the pub when you are in a wheel chair with a broken leg etc and you are trying to explain that it was a cute fluffy bunny that put you there!!

Should have snapped its neck. Much quicker, grab its back legs with one hand, its neck with the other with your thumb on the back of its neck, pull its legs up and snap your wrist down. Pop. Quick and painless
