linkage

i put on a 4-2-1 raceland mani, and i think my linkage is hitting the mani, sometime when you first set of and put it into second the gears nob moves and feels like it hitting something, and sometimes it does it in reverse aswell, but it only started since i put my 4-2-1 raceland mani on, i think it mayb hitting the mani but i amnot 100% sure anyone else had this problem when fitting a raceland mani on a vts??

get it up on some stands whilst a mate changes gear, and look to see what its rubbing on

my old man whos a mechanic has looked at her when i been changing gears not one a stand as have not had time to do that but he was looking down at her at the linkage he think it is the problem as that it happen after i change my standard mani for the raceland 4-2-1 heat wrap it aswell.
