hey guys..
i have a prob, i had alpine front components but i blew my tweeters, so i bought some new JBL components for the front, i want to fit my alpines speakers in the back to replace my pioneer speakers but the alpines are 5" 1/4 and the pioneer are 4". Does anyone know if the rear panel can be modified to fit the 5" 1/4 or where i can get a speaker adaptor for the saxo?
Cheers

dont bother mate.
you dont need rear speakers on a small car really.
Rid them and get an amp for the front ones.

cheers for ya replies, but ive already got an sub and amp installed, i managed to build a template which screwed into the orginal two holes and then i screwed my alpines into the template..so i dont need petrol anymore i can put on my max bass ablum and bounce down the round.. Before anyone sez, you can never have to many speakers

i'd agree with scott, front components and a sub in the rear create the best sound stage in a car...

Personal taste, ok i take what your saying but surely everyone wants better or the best? Now if your personal opinion is to have some 6x9s on a shelf abusing sound quality and dragging the soundstage backwards then thats totally up to you but in my eyes is slight madness
