dont no if its just me but my car seems to be lacking i power in the last few weeks, aint done anything to it.its the 98bhp vtr with k+n full exhaust system, sports cat and 4-1 manifold so its pretty quick, but just dont feel right.getting a green forced induction kit next week so that might help a little but think need to get unichip?what you peps think?
a unichip would help the fuelling and help everything work better together but if you ever got a cam you'd have to get it re-mapped again.

had race off the lights witha mate (rgmsaxo)and hes gota 90bhp vtr with exhaust and induction kit and ive got the 98bhp model with exhaust system,k+n,4-1 manifold and sports cat so its quicker but he gotaway first, did geta bad start but could tell something was wrong.now hes got standard 14"wheels and ive got 17"'s so this might of been against me.did catch on him tho after the pull away.
wheels will play a factor in that. enclosed filter will make sum difference.

cheers.dont think ill be happy till i get a major power increase.vts conversion or turbo.how much it cost you for a vts conversion?
well inc new parts like scorpion exhaust, manifold etc etc it came to roughly £1300. i had a mate fit it for me.
but like i said i bought full system,de-cat,manifold,air filter at the same time.

if its an open filter, with this weather probs the problem, you really need enclosed.
