Just bought a 99 VTR. Want to get the ICE sorted first before I start messing about with the engine and styling. Not knowing a lot about ICE and where to start could you guys give me some tips or places to go for advice. Im looking for a system that offers big bass but also the quality thier too.My budget is about £4k.????? ne ideas

for £4k you can get very good and strong ICE

first invest into good alarm and security
then go to a good HU with front component system speakers
nice sub, and 2 amps. 1 for the component system, and 1 for the sub

i have spent easy over 4k over the years, if only i had managed to learn all i have learnt over 4 years i could probably have saved about 1.5k.

Dot regret it though all that cost has brought so much learning experience its invaluable, though it would be nice to have the 1.5k back in my pocketsmileys/smiley17.gif

as said mate definatly get a good alarm.with 4k ud be able to get a custom install,was a guy on here selling fibre glass installs for saxos.pricey but looks lush. smileys/smiley4.gif
