Does any know the voltage of the saxo standard Lighter?

Because i'v just got a IPOD '3 in 1 adatper' which you have to plug in the
lighter.....that doesn't work!

IPOD voltage stats :- inout voltage :12VDC, output voltage: 12VDC 1A
Is this compatable, with the saxo lighter?

No, it doesn't, i'v just tryed it! i'm gona cheak the fuse for it.

they sell a nice one in Halfords if you want a nice looking green one smileys/smiley17.gif (yea its a bit chav-ish, but hey its looks ok to me)

£8 they cost, they do normal white ones as well.

if its not working its a fuse or its not wired up depending on what model you have.

I would of thought it would be the fuse as mine always used to go, but if not then check the wires at the back before you take it all out!

saxo vtr mk 1. Mmmm - mine once worked then i plugged in a neon light into it and now it works no more.
tried to change fuse, tried 3 times but everytime it blew the fuse, big flash and crack, shit misen. so now its disconnected at the back. any ideas out there??

my vtr has lost its mojo..fitted a magnex back box and a pipercross induction kit, but still i dont seem to have the power i should, also sometimes i get a egg smell inside the car, i thought this would have been fixed when i had my back box replaced. anyone know whats wrong with my baby??
