Because your keboard is a qwerty keyboard, you can get them in alphabetical order :y:

they're layed out so that the keys that are used most are in the best positions, which makes it easy to type and each hand types approximately the same amount of letters rather than one hand doing all the work.
i think

because a man named QWERTY created it so that you could type more "ergonomicly" which means it flows better, if it was abcdefg its not as easy to type :)

the REAL reason is becouse in the second world war all the women on the type writeers were getting the key things stuck together when they were writing out, and they key layout then was in the right order. becouse they were typing too fast btw.
To stop the keys all getting stuck together on the typewriter they mixed them all up!
Treu Fact there for ya!!

on typewriters if u press all the keys down at once they get jammed together. In the second world war the women typers typed so quick the keyes got stuck together. So to prevent this, they mixed all the latter up to slow them down.
comprende?
