Quick help for rep

Okay,

I purchased some of these calvin klein boxers over the weekend...however mine have pink at the top instead of red :oops:

Open one of the pairs to find that some of the thread to the boxers is loose meaning there is like a slight hole in the boxers which will just get bigger and bigger as they are worn...

Boxers are classed as unreturnable for obvious reasons... but where do i stand??

The boxers are directly from a local calvin klein shop near where i live...

I dont want to go in waving a pair of boxers around if im not going to get a new pair or refund...

i have the reciept etc...

but bollocks if im paying 15 quid for something thats not even right....

anybody work in the sector or know if i will get a new pair or the process??

ring them inform them they have not been used and have a hole in due to not being produced properly, ask for an exchange rather than a refund.

Also calvins imo are pap, dont last very long, YSL ones support more and dont go saggy so quickly lol!

i think that you will be ok getting them exchanged as they are faulty, just argue your case and if your not getting anywhere start getting louder!!! they will soon listen and exchange them for you, my family usually get me to take things back as they know i always win!!! lol as for them being PINK, well you have picked the best colour ever lol

Never had a bomber jacket (poor me) but I had this white jumper with this cartoon black guy with dreads on (was actually black black not brown black) almost like a jollywog, and they all got banned from primary school.
