Finally...

Been meaning to sign up here for AGES.
Got myself a Saxo around 5 months ago (Still completely standard!!)
Only a 1.1 EastCoast in posi blue (wanted black lol) with 3 stud hubs :n: Pain in the arse to get a decent set of 2nd hand alloys for! ha
I've got my driving test booked for the 10th of September, should be a doddle tbh.
I live on the Isle of Wight, there are a few decent VTR/VTS saxos here that I always see driving around.

I've got plans for my Saxo :)
Need to sort out my interior first though, still got the standard different colour seat belts (Red, blue, green, black and grey) and yellow gear nob. Which reminds me... How the fuck do I get it off to change it? I couldn't work it out ha tried everything that wasn't just going to break it lol

Sounds like you know what you want with your saxo check out the styling section on the forum always loads of stuff on there to give you more idea's.

its abit weird. what all have ya got planned for the wee saxo??
all iv edone to my vtr is 15'' wolfrace alloys, red callipers, black citreon and saxo badges on the rear of er, tinted windows, looks pretty good.
any of that help for ideas?
btw your wee saxo is crying out for a set of 15 or 16'' rims imo.

I'm still looking for some alloys, I've even considered changing the hubs to 4 stud. It would make getting and replacing if necessary a decent set of alloys so much easier ha.
Also I went to the scrap yard the other day and there was a black totaled VTR with black seat belts but I didn't have any spanner to get them off :wall:
Going back tomorrow to get the damn things :P

Only 8 days until my test now :D Cant wait! I wanna get out on the road lol Thanks for all the 'Good Lucks' ;)

Hey mate nice start if i remember that black saxo used to be a member on here till he rolled it lol! Definitly need to sort the seat belts out lol!

Dunno if ur interested I have a MK1 VTR interior sat in my room taking up stupid amounts of space in my room you could have cheap because i just want it gone lol! As ur local to it would make it easy!

With the yellow gear knob im affraid you have to cut the annoying thing off!

I rather like the seatbelts actually. Makes the car different. The seats aren't that comfy though, I'm thinking about putting some VT ones in mine if I can get them cheap enough. Hows your car going?
