Someone round my way has a Civic that's very similar. Looks good, I'd get rid of the headlight protectors though.

Whats the plans?
omp
31st August 2008, 16:30
plans are:-
SiR Lip spoiler for the front
possibly a type R rear valance
B16A Engine conversion (possibly B18C4)
omp
31st August 2008, 16:32
its an EJ9
dropped it on koni yellows, wanted reliabilty of shocks at a fairly affordable price. I payed £1000 for the car as it was my dads work horse, but he payed £1600

nice one, koni yellows are probably the best shocks for eks. What springs? koni's?
Where u planning on getting stuff from? JDMshit.com is good. Very cheap.

Jackman - no worries bud, thanks for trying.
AM4R - looked at JDMshit but apparently the quality of the lips are poor, however they are polyeurethane which i like the idea of.
HONDA's own are ABS but better quality moulding - decisions decisions
People on the other forum for some reason just seem to hate the wheels and the colour against my car, its almost like they dont like anyone without a saxo, fair enough their entitled to their opinion, and they dont offend me by not likeing it but some of them say proper nasty shit lol! also some really irrelevant points have been raised such as: -
The issue you have with those wheels is that the colour of the car is a dark, combre gray, it's never going to work with wheels that are that striking.
I would seriously consider changing the wheels for something a bit more subtle.
Looks wise the wheels look too small. You need to either go bigger with the wheels or go for wheels that "look" bigger, the design you have is too intricate and looks tiny. Going for a bolder, simpler design in the same size will look a lot larger (best example of this is the 306, as standard the 15" cyclones look aa reasonable size, put superleggies on and it looks like a rollerskate)
__________________________________________________ _____________________
Now i get the point he is making but i really dont think its an issue with these wheels
this is it from the side, photoshopped lower but thats how it sits now since i lowered it more nothing else was change apart from the clear lense at the back on the light.
Do the wheels look too small?...

Lol at the comments from ssc.
Don't see a problem with the wheels myself, think they look spot on. Always did make good choices with your wheels though ;)
Looks spotless just as your saxo did tbh :homme:

Interesting choice! I love the wheels. Was looking at getting some blue ones for my white vtr but they don't do them in a saxo fitment :(

Makes me want another Civic again! Miss VTec. LOVE the wheels, hatchback Civics don't really suit big wheels IMO. It looks well as it is without the Type R lips, just get some clear side repeaters.
