If they're adjustable that's cool... if they're not then make sure you really like them first...

depends what buckets you buy.
mine are comfy. they arnt fixed. hold you in place. look good.
but if you buy cheaper ones that are fixed and hard..they can be awful to drive in.

i have them in my VTR, i love them, comfortable, supportive, does depend on which you go for though, i've not gone for 'extreme' but these are soft, padded and comfortable, they do require you to sit differently compared to normal seats though.

The seats are Sparco Corsas? and the harnesses are "luke"? also he has one subframe for passenger side but not for the drivers side on the drivers side he has it just bolted to the floor? lol

You need subframes, otherwise the holes aren't there at all. can be a bitch to fit though so be advised.

I have a bucket in my car. High sides, supportive around the shoulders but a bitch to climb in and out of all the time
I used to have some Sparco tourinos in mine and they were waaaaay more comfy than the standard seats. Only problem is once you get used to buckets you just feel like you are going to fall out of a standard seat!!!

There is no disadvantage to the bucket seat itself. I've always found them more comfortable. The annoying thing is the harnesses if you do short journey's they seem a faff, but being held tight in the seat is fantastic.

vinyl buckets are harder wearing then nylon (as everyone knows nylon rips easily, well with all the buckets ive seen they have small holes / get small holes easily)
if youve spent a fortune on your suspension then its deffo worth it since the seats hold your better in a corner, harnesses can get annoying as someone said above but once your on track and held in place it feels right :)
also personally luke harnesses are fantastic :) dont seem to annoy me as much as others such as sabelt, willians, sparco etc

Personally i love bucket seats! If they are adjustable then perfect! Can still get people in the back, they are comfortable too, if they not adjustable may aswell strip the back out..
