British Gas are really really crap!

We've been in our new flat 4 months, and they reckon we have used £500 worth of gas and £150 of electric!!

Sent us bill after bill and warned us they were gonna cut us off, then we told them they were billing the wrong address and they sorted it!

They are a fucking nightmare!

10 days the house used £170 worth of electric, there was nobody even there. Told them story, never heard a thing.

The first meter reading is off our meter. The second meter is off a neighbours meter that is also registered as our meter....cross meter readings, big time

Yep, its been crossed with number 5's and number 2's.

Number 2 has 2 meters on the database (one being ours) and number 5 has none (because theirs is regsitered to our address.

It has been *sorted* now though, but clearly not judging by that bill lol

Nope, that bill was £4.89 in credit - and we pay only £8.75 a month for water too lol. Even after "Operation piss the neighbours off"
