Front Bumper

Hi i am fitting a new front bumper to my saxo east coast and im not too sure of the mix i need for the plastic primer.

Does anyone here know the mix??

do you not just use a plastsiser (not sure if i have spelt it right), but it is basicly a plastic primer and the stuff i have seen can be used straight from the tin
