But i need help with my raceland induction kit!

I have a S reg VTR..

I have removed the old air box

and when i position the new raceland filter and piping there is a pipe (see below highlighted in red) that has no where to go?

Any ideas what happens to this pipe, does it have a seperate filter?

sorry i want to know where the spare pipe goes, the breather goes onto the side of the raceland chrome pipe, theres just another pipe called the idle actualator and i dont knopw where it goes!
