rear lights

ive got a set of rear lights in my shed and they were on the car when i bought it but it looks like they have been sprayed with tinting spray what could i use to get them back to orignal as i think they are illegal ive got lexus on at the moment

just get a paint brush put it on and should take it all off just dont leave it on to long otherwise it may blister the lights

yeah is abit 2 dull at the rear, i duno if standard mk1/2's would look better than jewels. what you think?
