Quite a few changes have been made and the number of server errors is now literally a handful each day. (I will confirm todays issues later).

Seriouslty EVERYtime you try to post youhave an issue? I cant believe that...??

TBH - that sounds like an issue with your browser/java. Many of the quick links (quick reply, etc, etc use AJAX java and some browsers struggle from time to time if not upto date??)

Have you tried using firefox? Are you on a work PC locked down?

Now that the number of issues is low, we can really start to pinpoint what is happening and why. At this moment it looks like a scheduled DB backup is causing intermittent connectivity issues at certain times of the day. As you can imagine, the saxperinece DB is pretty large and it takes a short time to backup.

If this is confirmed to be the issue, a different backup schedule will be put in place.

Hopefully this issue will be resolved later this evening - and if investigations dont reveal the issue to be what myself and Mark think it is, we've made a committment to resolve the issue by more drastic means.

Bare with us... and if my hunch is correct, expect a little interruption to connectivity around 1pm today :(

Some more investigation work was done last night and some changes have been made to config... this problem 'may' now be resolved. I guess tomorrow will be the test.. so far today ZERO errors have been logged.
