Airbag question.

Hi there. I recently had a car accident with my saxo 1.4 2001. My airbag deployed and now i am in search of a used one. I found one from a citroen saxo 1.0 1997 model right hand drive (mine is a left hand). Anyone knows if this airbag set (airbag+pretensioners) would fit my saxo? Thanks all in advance.

They should fit the only thing that concerns me is that different years and models use a slightly different contact ring you need to match up the right 1.Was told this by the car breakers tiffany`s when ordering mine .

Thanks Steve, that is that concerns me and yet keeping me from buying this set. Would that make it useless or with some DIY stuff can i come clean?
