I think their should be a new diciplinary system implimented when the V4 version of sax-p is revealed.
I think their should be 1 moderator who is soley responsible for giving out warnings and possibly bans if required.
Thier should be a code of conduct to keep to such as no racial discrimination etc and the consequences of not keeping to this code of conduct.

The moderators will have many more tools at their disposal with the launch of v4.
We want Saxperience to be an open and friendly place, however when there is trouble it is important that it is dealt with quickly and fairly.
We already have 3 levels of authority.
Moderators, Super Moderators and Simo!
Rest assured, all warnings and bans are discussed between the moderators (a lot happens behind the scenes).
We have fairly clear terms and conditions, and with the new improved tools enforcement will hopefully be even easier.

Not to mention the continual dynamic rating of members actions by the community members themselves... smileys/smiley2.gif

racial discrimination doesnt just mean skin colour it can relate to nationality the way people speak i personally havent seen any of it on this site but better just to stamp a problem out before it becomes one

Mark['s right though, when shit hit's the fan, texts are sent and people come rallying round on to the site, not one person that's been banned on this site, has not been talked about. The mods on here are all pretty approachable and use the tools at their disposable in a reponsible manner.
and the rating thing sounds interesting si.
