Help please...(Simo/Mods)

I don't know if anyone like Simo or any of the mods can help, but here goes...

I lost all my files off my old PC and was hoping to ome on here a get back some of my Photoshops i have done...but i see all the treads with mine in have been deleted.

Is there any chance of getting these back please?

this can be changed

or

you can do a serch of threads created by urself and get the pics from there
