Im propper confused on this one...

Was told i had a brake light out, fair ennuff. Got a mate to tell me which one, he was on the phone and had my lights on as it was late, he said drivers side. So i wack out the bulb stick a new one in. Test them, doesnt work :wall:
only light which works on the tail lights is one side light one. Only brake light thats working is the 3rd one at the top.

What could this be? im guessing something wrong with wiring but no idea

Any help appriciated. Rep is waiting for you :afro:

99% sure what it is mate, its happened to me and a few of my mates. Basically the connectors for the bulb are two little metal sticks which are elevated from the rest of the board, they tend to bend back in towards the board for some reason. So just bend them both back out with a screwdriver and refit the bulb, and it will probably solve your issue

you might find thats its actually the bulb holders themselves as they get corroded with time try cleaning all the terminal connectors on the of the lamp holder or try a different one from someone elses car
