Could you, put some konig unknown wheels on. Lower it. Tint the windows, and last thing take of the black thingy that goes across the side.

I had a very quite and quite crap attempt if you ask me. The wheels are te ones you requested but in the pic you can't see the black spokes. I also just colour coded the side strip instead of removing it.
