I'm trying to replace my brake disks. Never done it before, thought it'd be easy!
The caliper bolt won't move for anything.
I'm using a 19mm spanner... but it seems to just round off the bolt :(
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks

whack some penetating fluid on it and get a socket on it mate, spanners are useless in most cases
turn the wheels to the right or left for good acess (have the car on stands)
if you still cant get them off then use a breaker bar for some leverage

The 19mm is rounding off the nut... would a socket sort that?

yes if you get the right size on it, all depends on how rounded off it it mate

Not very, but because I'm using a hammer too, I guess it wouldn't help...

yeah a hammer will be rounding it off, you just need a breaker bar and socket, leverage will get it off no botherr
