Getting my 1 year no claims soon so want to move up in the world.

Fancy a RWD.

Something not too bad on insurance (live in a high risk area) so nothing over group 8.

I've got about 4,000 to spend.

Need something that will last a year without having many costly repair bills.

Insurance has dropped 1500+ this year because of no claims. Think i'm classed as a normal person now i have 1 years no claims lol.

I'm alright at interior and exterior styling, bit clueless when it comes to engines. All i know how to do is breathing mods. :n: Plus i need something that looks nice so i can pull slags at mac d's.

Last years insurance: 3,650. TPFT

Renewal quote: 2,000 TPFT 2,100 Full comp.

Dropped quite abit lol. Most my friends in my area dont drive simply because the insurance. Know a couple that drive without insurance because of it.

I've been thinking of MG ZR.. :err:

how much! ok, i was assuming you would be paying around 1500 for an r (i pay 640 for mine at 21 with one years)

there isnt much under insurance group 8 that is rear wheel drive

i doubt you will get anything as quick as your sax either

i take it you want a fun car?

Well yeah, basically i want a VTR but different shell and RWD.

Just a little change. Cant think of anything as good as the vtr though tbh.

Cheap to run, decent performance for any teenager, alright insurance group. Really cant fault the VTR.

paul I remember saying this last time you mentioned the insurance cost for the saxo.

ARE YOU ON FUCKING CRACK?

you're still having you pants pulled down at £1500 for insurance. hold back. enjoy the saxo, save some dosh.

Hmm.

Think i'll keep the VTR for another year. Really can't think of anything bad about it.

Insurance runs out at end of week. So i'll keep looking around for different cars in my price range(4k then upto 2k on insurance) until i renew.

Thanks all.
