How long have you owned your car and your mileage?

Alot of talk about accidents and saxo's being wrote off. as usual tbh

So how long have you owned your saxo for (the current one you're driving now) and how many miles have you drove in the car since you've owned it?

Also if you've had a bump and not been wrote off note it down ;)

Lets try to abolish some of the negativity and prove if you're a good sensible driver; you and your car will last.

I'll get the ball rolling:

My 1.1i saxo, owned since september 2007 done around 12,000 miles. I drive it nearly everyday, barely miss a day of driving it had a few idiots nearly hit me but I've been safe :y:

ive owned mine 2 weeks today! 1.4 saxo westcoast! drove erm....... well ive drove it about 10miles and my stepdad drove it home from shrewsbury for me when i bought it!!!

Owned mine 3 years, in that time I've driven it 53,000 miles, had a couple of very minor scrapes, eg, gate post etc. No accidents.

VTS 4months or so, 1k miles not a bump or any close misses

VTR 1year and 3months, didnt bump it but it did fall apart spectualarly on one occasion and it was fixed, not written off

I have had my vts for 3-4 years and managed a grand total of 2000 in that time. thats why its still only on 15k on a p plate.

I have done 100k in my van since 2006 tho

VTR # 2 , owned since june done 4000 miles, nearly all motorway as im based 200miles from home. curent mileage 42k

ohh missed out the bump bit... rght i was parking up my car rolling slowly into the space and had a sneezing fit i have them its like 10 sneezes in a row and my car casually rolled into a bollard as i was too busy sneezing to put my foot on the break lol.

Had poppy since september 05 bought with 42k now got 56k other half driving and someone crashed into him in a car park but only cosmetic damage still ongoing through the insurance.
