boot light

hi,

last week i disconnected my battery, and when i reconnected it i relised the boot light would not go out.

i took it to citroen and i asked them to check it out. they told me that there was problem with the switch.

then i thought to mysself could this be my alarm system..

its a clifford 300.

i was wondering if anybody else has encountered this problem.

If you do think its the boot light switch, they're only about £1 from the scrappy, if that. I've got a Clifford and've never had that prob. I'm assuming your alarm has boot protection? Check all the wiring going into the back of the light.
