pipe relocation

I'm looking at fitting some lowering springs to my ph2 vts and the springs i was looking at say i will have to relocate the power steering feed pipe.
What exactly needs to be moved? and where to?

large screw driver and lever it out the way, doesnt need relocation just bending out the way so it doesnt rub on the steering arm
