02 Genie Sim Card

anyone know anything about these? i want one since i text alot and its only £10 a month to get 300 txts...

just want to know if you can use it with another network or transfer the number? since i want to keep my current number which is on Virgin?

you can transfer your existing number to A 02 Genie tariff but you have to have an origional 02 sim card buddy

eh confused... so i cant just get a genie simcard.. plonk that in.. and ask 02 to swop my virgin num to that card?

u can but it can take up to 2 weeks to transfer the number.....

........and o2 arent the most efficient of people!!!

i used to use that sim b4 i got a contract with them - its a good deal!!

you will need to get a code off virgin, cant remember the name for it but basically its a permission number that they have released your number for O2 to use it.

I thought you could use the genie cards on their own, my mate has one but it is a good fe years old so mayube its different now

ask virgin for your pac code mate then when you have your o2 sim card ring o2 cust servise give them the pac code and oyour new number and within the next 5 days you will have your old number on o2!!!

just a greame sed mate! get the pac code and ring up with it, then one day ur phone will be down and it wilhave switched numbers

just use ur virgin sim til they switch it, usually they wil give u a date on which it will happen, then your free to used your genie card!

u have to put 10 pound on every month and u get 300 texts and you still get to keep your 10 pound to spend on what you like

I had loads at one point and sold em all for a tidy profit, o2 are well stingy with em now, they used to give em out for free, my mate had about 300 of em but now you can only buy them and only one per customer as well smileys/smiley11.gif A gd package tho with £30 worth of free txt's , providing you remember to top up your phone on the 1st day of every month

doesnt matter wen u top up! well mine doesnt, i mite go 2 months without topping up, but wen i do top up the next day i get free texts i can even send them wen i have no cred!
