Lee Evans for me, no-one can beat him - I have seen Billy Connolly live a couple of times, and I pissed myself. But Lee Evans, I piss myself all the time, if I went to see him live, i'd die laughing lol!!!!

Lee Evans makes me laugh, but that's more because of the effort/sweat he puts into it rather than his actual funny-ness.

I prefer Jimmy Carr / Jack Dee tbh, Peter Kay is shit. Billy Connoly was good back in the day, but it's moved on a bit since then, although he was undoubtedly the best back then.

I also like Ross Noble? Think that's his name.

Its pretty hard to compair them its different type of comedy.

I recken at least 15 of my mates went to see Lee Evans last week @ Sheffield. Well that going by the ' Lee Evans was great last night' status on facebook and the uploaded pictures.

I like Lee Evans, but its all about Jimmy Carr for me, he has a 'sicker' personality which makes the jokes much funniner. Me and the mrs are going to see him in Nov.

Ricky Gervais is good along with Jimmy Carr. Sean Lock is quality on 8of10 but havent seen his stand up.

lee evans for me...most people can relate to his material throughout everyday life...but some of his other material you cant....

The fact he puts alot of effort in and gets the reaction shows he is a good comedian.
